How to evaluate a Core without a fake tier list

  • Read the trigger. A strong effect that rarely activates in your weapon or squad plan is not automatically a strong pick.
  • Check delivery. Projectile, area, grenade, melee, and soldier effects scale with different situations.
  • Build a loop, not a pile. Combination Cores reward interaction between sets; seek a repeatable cause-and-effect chain.
  • Respect the mission. Crowd control, boss damage, survival, capture, and squad support can value the same choice differently.
  • Re-check after patches. Official updates have changed Core damage, slots/holding, effects, drop quality, and interface behavior.

Why there is no numeric tier list here yet

AG-12 is only one day old at this site's verification date. The official sources do not publish current damage coefficients, trigger chances, rarity scaling, a complete catalog, or the in-game semantic version. Ranking unnamed or unmeasured Cores would manufacture confidence rather than help a run.
